We had some really severe rain storms mid-day. It poured white sheets of water so solid that I could hardly see out the windows. But they were very intermittent. Every single time I grabbed my camera and made my way from my desk at the back of the house up to the shelter of the front porch to try to grab a picture, the rain would ease up to almost nothing. The sun even popped out a few times as I opened the door as if to say “nah-nah-nah-nah-boo-boo on you”. LOL
If I were a more dedicated photographer, I would have just parked myself on the porch until I got the shot, but I don’t have that kind of patience these days. ;)
