Kaylee really likes watching Nick/Disney music videos (Hannah Montana, Selena Gomez, Miranda Cosgrove, etc.) on the laptop. Saturday, after her computer time was up, she suddenly retreated to her room. Matthew joined her shortly afterwards, and they soon emerged to proudly perform their creation, “Listen to Our Harmonies”. They sang it for me over and over… and over. :)
I love that they wrote it on the back of Kaylee’s “Super Singer Award” from music class at school. LOL I’ll come back and post the lyrics if I get permission from the artists. ;)
[This would have been the perfect opportunity for video, but Mark had our little camera that does video out with him (helping a friend with a charity magic show), and I have no clue where the regular camcorder is or how to operate it. LOL Maybe we can get an encore performance later. :) ]
[And, in case you were wondering… yes, Matthew’s tongue is blue; he’d eaten a fruit roll-up shortly before this. ;) ]
